David Rosen is principal of David Rosen Law Firm PLLC.

 

His extensive experience and expertise enables him to efficiently provide the highest quality and practical legal services to IP and technology-centric businesses covering the wide range of legal issues that such businesses face, as well as specialized expertise related to intellectual property, technology, services, commercial and corporate contracts and transactions on behalf of companies, institutions  and people that  provide or are acquiring IP, technological solutions, goods and services.   

 

Before forming David Rosen Law Firm, Mr. Rosen was the head of the IP/ Technology/ Commercial Transactions/ Privacy Group of the Bear Stearns Legal Department, and directed the firm's legal services and risk control for all domestic and international technology, outsourcing and e-business efforts, and all intellectual property matters.

 

Mr. Rosen obtained his law degree cum laude from Fordham Law School, and was a member of the Fordham Law Review.
